Expert Mediation Services – Finding Common Ground

Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process where an impartial third party, the mediator, helps individuals or groups in dispute to communicate effectively, understand each other’s perspectives, and collaboratively reach a mutually acceptable agreement. At Richard Bott Consulting, I provide expert mediation services (Q.Med) designed to guide you through conflict towards resolution efficiently and respectfully.

My Mediation Approach: My approach to mediation is facilitative and interest-based. I focus on creating a safe and structured environment where all parties feel heard and understood. By exploring underlying needs and interests rather than just stated positions, we can often uncover creative and durable solutions that might not be possible in an adversarial process. I manage the dialogue, ensure a fair process, and support parties in making their own informed decisions – I do not impose solutions or provide legal advice.
