My professional journey, including over 30 years in leadership and process facilitation, has equipped me with a unique ability to navigate complex interpersonal and group dynamics with empathy, insight, and a focus on practical solutions.
As a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med), designated by the ADR Institute of Canada and the ADR Institute of Ontario, I adhere to the highest ethical standards and professional practices. My approach is grounded in creating trusted spaces where all voices can be heard, perspectives can be understood, and parties are empowered to find their own best path forward. This philosophy was significantly shaped during my term as the 43rd Moderator of The United Church of Canada, where I continued to grow my skills in guiding diverse national bodies through complex decision-making, conflict navigation, and collaborative leadership.
