Key Rates (Effective May 1, 2025):
- Initial Consultation (up to 30 mins): No Charge
- Mediation Services:
- Hourly Rate: $300.00 / hour (+ HST)
- Half-Day Package (up to 3 hour session + prep): $1,140.00 (+ HST)
- Full-Day Package (up to 7 hour session + prep): $2,295.00 (+ HST)
- Facilitation & Consulting Services:
- Hourly Rate: $350.00 / hour (+ HST)
- Project/Day rates available upon request.
- Please note: There is a different fee structure for registered charities (eg. communities of faith). Please be in contact to discuss possible services.
A retainer is required to secure services. Time is billed in 6-minute (0.1 hour) increments. Please contact us for our full Fee Schedule for details on package inclusions, deposit amounts, disbursements, travel, cancellation policies, and payment terms.
